Bringing a little sunshine your way!

Happy 3rd day of Spring! As I sit here looking at the spring blizzard whirling right outside my windows, I realize- not for the first time- how very lucky I am to be a quilter! My beautiful fabrics, in all their seasonal glory, are just a touch away from becoming something beautiful for someone to enjoy... no matter what the weather is doing! Katie and I were very fortunate to spend last weekend with a lovely group of ladies, the McCall Pine Needle Quilters. Among the several projects I made, this little sweetie is one of my favorites, mainly because it reminds me of the beautiful forsythia, daffodils, and crocuses we saw throughout the weekend in Riggins. So, take that, Old Man Winter, you don't scare me when I have my beautiful fabric stash on hand! Happy Stitching! Lisa and Katie
